Regional Sales Manager (Shanghai/Beijing)
The focus of the role are regional sales targets achievement through planning, process management, reviewing and improvement. By developing the regional sales plan and strategy you maker sure the regions meets their annual sales target.
In this role you work with the individual Center Managers, effectively manage and motivate the overall direct sales effort of the center including both new sales as well as renewal sales
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree and 8-10 years experience in Sales Management in the service industry, preferable in the education industry. You are an inspirational leader with excellent bilingual communication skills.
