KPMG ASPAC Regional Delivery Center delivers key global services such as integrated business systems, messaging and collaboration tools to KPMG member firms in the Asia Pacific. The Center also maintains the regional level of security in line with global KPMG policies and procedures and acts as the first point of contact for operational information risk and security related matters.

ASPAC Regional Delivery Centre – Regional Solution Consultant

Openings are available for candidates with different areas of specialisation in Finance, CO, EB, HCM, MRS, BI, Security, Integration and Data Migration.

Successful candidates will be:

• working with the region and/or member firms to drive regional requirements, including the functional design for the designated function.

• participating in global SAP solution design review sessions to help ensure alignment between global and region

• supporting the development of business cases for new SAP changes for the region.

• serving as a single point of contact in the region with regional or member firm process stakeholders for SAP design issues, focusing on functional integration points between functional groups and other SAP components.

• providing end-to-end business process guidance to the region and clarifying gaps and leading user acceptance testing in support of a defect fix, minor and/or major releases.

• advocating on behalf of the region on process changes and product enhancements assisting application support with problem resolution and root cause analysis.

• facilitating workshops and conducting gap analysis to drive localization requirements in member firm implementation.

Candidate must also be willing to do extensive regional travel and be on call especially from different time zones.

The ideal candidate should:

• possess a degree in one or more area of specialization in the following area(s) – Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology or Information Systems. Master’s Degree is desirable.

• possess relevant SAP certifications and demonstrated leadership and experience in implementing one or more of the SAP module(s): Finance / Strategy, HCM, Engagement Mgmt, CRM, BW/BI Reporting, Data, Security, MRS / Resource Management, and Time Expense.

• have a minimum of eight years experience in corporate environment, ideally in a global setting in a technology and/or a professional services environment.

• have experience with BMC Remedy or similar and HP Quality Center

• have strong facilitation skills with executive presence and

• possess confidence working with many different cultural backgrounds and must have good conflict management.

• have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and experience in communicating complex technical topics. Other (Asian) language skills are an advantage.

• have excellent coordination and organising skills, with attention to details and ability to make rational decisions regarding the escalation of problems.
