The Opportunity
This role will see you reporting to the Senior Manager, Regional Service Delivery in Commonwealth Financial Planning.
Yourprimary rolewill beto assist with the management of regional clients' books. You will be responsible for assisting with client relationship management, helping to increase client retention and improving customer service.
Key to your success will be your ability to deliver excellentservice and professional, compliant and quality advice to clients.
You will
- Build strong rapport with customers
- Accurately assess client's financial needs
- Answer general customers inquiries and update the customer's files inCommSee and COIN
- Identify potential new business opportunities where customer needs have changed
- Maintainand enhanceyour knowledge through attendingprofessional development and compliance training sessions
- Consistently follow the advice process of the Bank
- Undertake any other additional tasks assigned by your Manager
Your Skills:
- PS 146 compliant (broadly equates to Modules 1, 2, 3 4 of the FPAs Diploma of Financial Planning)
- Ableto be licensed to operate as a representative of Commonwealth Financial Planning
- Previous experienceinthe financial planning environment in a customer relations role
- Capable ofevaluating ideas and strategies and demonstrating sound judgement based on data and logic
- Previous experience in paraplanning would be highly regarded
- Maintenance of a current non-restricted driver licence for the State or Territory in which the person is to be based
