Regional Training Manager recruitment
The role:
Responsible for administering, organizing and conducting training and educational programs for the products and services within Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ). The Regional Training Manager will create and implement training programs with a focus on ensuring sales and marketing personnel across the comapny are effectively trained to meet and exceed their assigned job responsibilities. This includes providing skills trainings to effectively bring new employees onboard, while maintaining appropriate skills and performance that develops and expands the expertise of the learner.
Responsibilities:
- Work cross-functionally to determine training needs, design proposed solutions, and develop field and one-on-one training programs to meet the expressed needs.
- Select appropriate instructional procedures or methods and incorporate them into training programs.
- Plan, develop and facilitate high level professional programs.
- Personally deliver a variety of training content at the field level
- Create and maintain training schedules to ensure presentation of training is consistent, and meets the needs across the region, including managing the timing and content for ongoing refresher training.
- Develop a means of measuring the effectiveness of training programs through testing, feedback assessments, personal observation through remote monitoring and side-by-side shadowing of training attendees, evaluation of results reporting for training attendees and meeting with their direct managers on a scheduled basis.

- Tool use instruction, including, but not limited to CRM and phone system, pain conversations, getting commitments, call control, running your business.
- Deliver “Train the Trainer” programs that ensuring sales leadership reinforces key sales curriculum
- Provide field-based input into global training plans and programs
- Manager and sales representative professional development
- Travel throughout APJ is extensive
Requirements:
- Proven training experience in a sales environment at a high technology company
- Individual sales experience, meeting and exceeding individual quota in a high technology sales environment
- Excellent public speaker at ease moderating large groups
- Experience conducting needs assessment and analysis
- Experience developing and executing Channel Partner Education programs
- Experience applying adult learning principles as well as the ability to recognize and adapt to different learning styles
- Ability to interact with all levels of employees
- Singaporeans/ PRs preferred
