Regional VP HR Business Partner, Top Tier Global Bank – Hong Ko recruitment
Our client is a top tier global bank with an outstanding reputation across global markets. Relatively unscathed by global events in financial markets the Bank continues to grow regionally. The need has arisen to recruit a senior HR professional, to be based in their Regional Headquarters in HK.
Reporting directly to the Regional Head of HR for this client group, you will support a key front office business group across the whole Asia Pacific region. As a senior Business partner, you will hold a front line position, in which you will be responsible for a diverse range of HR advisory activities, always acting on a consultative basis and in particular handle areas relating to Performance Management, Attrition Retention. You will be supported by a team of HR specialists in CB, LD and Recruitment. You will roll out new initiatives and must be able to work in a matrix organization to liaise with global, regional and also local stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be degree educated with an outstanding and stable track record in Human Resources management and a minimum of 10 years' experience, working within a Multinational firm. A thorough understanding of the full range of HR activities is essential. A highly mature approach is required, together with exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills. Fluency in English is a pre-requisite.
