Job Description

Celebrate Caring at Twin Falls and Bennett Hills Care and Rehabilitation Centers, SunBridge Healthcare affiliates. We're seeking a Registered Dietitian at our centers located in Twin Falls and Gooding, ID.  This is a full time position to work at both centers for a total of 32.5 hours per week and will be eligible for benefits. Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate!  

Primary responsibilities include:

*Completing comprehensive nutrition assessments for all residents and incorporating nutrition interventions into the individualized interdisciplinary plan of care for residents as indicated.
*Insuring that all assessments and care plans meet professional standards of practice, reflect current evidence-based practice, and are in full compliance with all applicable regulatory statutes.
*Participating with the interdisciplinary teams to provide professional guidance for assessing and implementing care strategies and monitoring nutrition and hydration status of residents

* Bachelors degree required.
* Active current Registered Dietitian or RD eligible pending successful completion of the
registration examination. Licensed in states where required.
* Demonstrated expertise in clinical nutrition, preferably in geriatric and rehabilitation care
practices in the skilled nursing environment.
* Possess knowledge of all applicable local, state and federal and regulatory statues and
guidelines pertaining to healthcare in the skilled nursing setting.
* Good communication, computer and critical thinking skills and the ability to multi-task, read, interpret and analyze reports.
