Salary £24,500 - £26,000 per annum
37.5 hours a week

You will join a leading provider of healthcare services, working side by side with some of the UK’s top consultants supporting a wide range of surgical procedures. You can look forward to immediate training and development with a clear progression path to management positions.

As Registered Nurse you will provide exemplary planned care for patients and assist in the management and organisation of care across a complex and changing caseload. You will have previous experience working on a surgical ward and also possess some orthopaedic experience but this is not essential.

To be considered you must be a Registered General Nurse and have a high level of competence within Surgery and also Orthopaedics although, this is not essential.

Further responsibilities shall include;

Identify people’s health needs through observation discussion and the use of technical assessment methods.
Collect, collate and organise data. Interpret all of the information and make a justifiable assessment.
Develop plans of care that are appropriate to the patient taking into consideration the care pathway, risks and their wellbeing.
Communicate information in a manner that is consistent with the level of culture, background, and understanding using patients preferred method.
