Registry Operations Analyst

Role Overview: This position will play a key role in the AOFM systems supporting retail CGS, primarily being responsible for establishing and maintaining a productive business relationship with the AOFM’s debt registrar.  This will include employing a risk management framework to manage and monitor the performance of the debt registrar.  In addition to undertaking performance assessments and assurance reviews of the debt registrar’s operations, the Registry Operations Analyst will support the debt registrar in the administration of its duties (including advice on exercising its statutory responsibilities). The Registry Operations Analyst will ensure that AOFM business practices support the debt registrar’s operations.  This position will also have a role in business resilience in case of business disruptions, and may from time to time assist with payments relating to AOFM’s debt and investment activities.

Qualifications: Progress towards, or completion of, a qualification in commerce, business, accounting or similar from a tertiary institution or VET body would be desirable.

Experience:  Experience in contract management or financial services is expected. Exposure to treasury operations, fixed interest products or back office roles would be an advantage.  Experience in business process design and business risk and assurance would be well regarded..
