Regulatory Apprentice

Responsibilities:

 

- Monitoring and identifying the threshold crossings of AXA Group for major holdings in listed companies for European countries taking into account the general information obligation

- Preparing the notifications of major holdings according to each country’s applicable laws and regulations

- Answering specific requests from issuers (shareholding surveys) and AXA Group on AXA’s holding in the capital of listed companies

- Carrying out legal and regulatory research on major holdings reporting and financial markets

 

Please describe the sort of profile you are looking for including:

- Education qualifications : Master’s degree in Financial Law, Regulatory matters or Business School

- Technical skills : Literate in MS Office especially in Excel

- Key Competencies : rigorous and curious

- Languages required: Fluency in English to be able to work with several entities

- Any skills or experience which are desirable but not necessary:

- Previous related experience is the bank / finance industry is appreciated

- Knowledge of regulatory affairs is an advantage

- Knowledge of financial products and vehicles (collective investment schemes) is strongly appreciated
