A leading international investment bank is seeking a Regulatory Change Project Manager to join their team here in Singapore. The successful candidate will develop and implement new regulatory requirements and deliver these initiatives across the region.
Responsibilities:
- Help define, lead and manage the development of regulatory implementations, including Dodd-Frank/EMIR and related regulatory initiatives
- Improve the compliance and risk engagement culture across investment banking teams
- Identify and implement process improvement ideas in relation to new regulatory initiatives, including Dodd-Frank/EMIR
- Support the regional lead in the efforts to improve the bank's regional governance process
- Track the status of all key deliveries and manage escalations to senior management, as appropriate
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Computer Science
- Strong project management experience, including experience with Dodd-Frank.EMIR and/or similar regulatory initiatives
- Strong decision making capabilities and the ability to identify problems and propose solutions.
- Proactive/self-starter with the ability to deliver value-added support to business partners in a dependable, timely and accurate manner
- Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to accept new assignments and challenges in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to communicate confidently with all levels of stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong PC skills in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
