Strong growth through the acquisition of energy assets in 2011 has resulted in the need to add regulatory compliance analysts to our regulatory compliance team.
The Retail Regulatory Compliance Team provides strategic direction and operational insight to the functional requirements driven by regulatory compliance with particular focus on promoting a compliance culture across the Retail Business, and evaluating and improving TRUenergy’s compliance capability.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying compliance exposures and monitoring action plans to address non-compliance;
- Providing assistance and expertise to resolve potential and identified compliance issues
- Preparing regulatory responses and compliance reports as required by stakeholders
- Identifying compliance exposures arising within Retail and monitoring mitigation activities
To be successful in this role you'll have experience in the regulatory compliance function within energy/banking or a similar industry. You're flexible in attitude and enjoy working in a changing environment.
