Regulatory Compliance Change Manager
Carr Lyons is working with global bank which is recruiting an experienced compliance candidate to support the business in meeting its wider regulatory compliance standards. The role will monitor a wide range of global regulators and work in an advisory capacity with the business on a number of regulatory change programmes. You will be able to demonstrate a successful career in managing senior stakeholders, guiding a business through constant change while being able to keep abreast of regulatory changes to ensure the bank’s regulatory profile is not jeopardised. You will be responsible for building trust with a variety of business heads with you knowledge and ability to train on process and procedures.
This is a very central role to the bank with a lot of scope to develop the position while being very visible to a range of senior managers and external stakeholders.
