Regulatory Engagement Manager

A leading Life Insurance Group is currently seeking a Regulatory Engagement Manager to work on a significant finance transformation programme.  The role will be part of a newly established ‘internal consultancy’ which is aimed at managing the project portfolio across Group Finance.  The team will be responsible for delivering major finance transformation programmes, which include solvency II, ECAP, IFRS 4 Phase II, as well as other strategic initiatives.

Due to the nature of these programmes they require a high level of regulatory engagement (primarily with the PRA) and therefore this role will be responsible for managing that engagement for the group:

Candidates will therefore have strong insurance regulatory backgrounds with previous experience of engaging directly with or working for the regulator (FSA/PRA).  Ideally candidates will have worked within a regulatory role for a Life Insurance business however all regulatory insurance backgrounds will be considered.  Candidates with a regulatory/ insurance background from consultancy (ideally big 4) would also be considered.  Previous experience on working on large-scale regulatory change programmes is essential with Solvency II knowledge being advantageous.

Please to apply for immediate consideration.
