Regulatory Programme Manager
A renowned bank is seeking a Programme Manager to work specifically on their Basel 3 stream. The role will work closely with the Programme Director and other key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. This will include representing the programme in key governance forums, acting as a point of contact for stakeholders (internal/external) and co-ordinating with other parts of the business.
The successful candidate will have ownership on a number of deliverables including delivery roadmap, programme budget, board reports, steering committee packs and delivery plan. While closely supporting the Programme Director the individual will be responsible for ensuring governance forums are run efficiently, business requirements are compliant with regulations, any critical issues are resolved and programme controls are managed effectively.
Candidates must have programme management experience within large scale change programmes. Demonstrable experience of delivering on programmes within Risk, Finance and Treasury, as well as experience of regulatory implementations within banking, is highly desirable. Previous work on Basel II and CRD3 programmes is beneficial, a technical knowledge of CRD IV is also highly desirable.
