Regulatory Project Manager / Business Analyst for a large scale change programme

A unique opportunity has arisen for a Business and Integration Manager to join a large scale change programme within the Corporate Banking business area.

You will play a key role in developing the Corporate Banking’s overall structural reform UK approach, assessing the business impact of the changing regulatory environment. You will lead structural projects aimed at aligning governance, organisational structure and control planning with Group initiatives.

You will be responsible for the development of business requirements and organisational design, the production of materials for business discussion, approval and communication, and facilitating the deployment of the agreed post ring-fencing design within the business.

The successful candidate must have a strong management consulting background and extensive programme and/or change management experience, ideally within a top-tier consulting firm. An MBA or equivalent qualification is required for this role. You must have a strong knowledge of the UK Banking Reform Act, Dodd-Frank Act, Recovery and Resolution Plan or Basel III. You must have excellent analytical skills as the role requires the ability to understand financial metrics and concepts, analysis of detailed data, delivery of robust detailed analysis and identification of key recommendations and implementation. Previous experience with corporate banking products is highly desirable.
