My client is a leading financial organisation based in Leeds, currently looking for a Customer Support Agent to join their fast-paced team. You will be required to work Monday-Friday 9-5 at £10.00 per hour, with overtime available on weekends.

You will be expected to:
- provide a full administrative quality check and submission of Online rate switches applications
- as part of a team, be responsible for the accurate and timely completion of workflow, complaints, within an ever changing, fast paced environment

Requirements:
- customer service experience
- organisation and accurate work ethic
- complaint handling experience
