Regulatory Reform Change Manager recruitment
Our client currently seeks a change manager to join its Prime Operations change
team to work on regulatory initiatives. The successful candidate will work on
the significant project workload, with the opportunity to get involved in a wide
range of activities from process re-engineering, business requirements definition,
project planning and management, test planning and execution and business
implementation. You will also be responsible for the review of guidelines published
by regulators to understand their impact to Prime Services and Equity Derivative
Operations. To apply for this role you will need proven experience in change
management across an international investment bank and / or a major consulting
firm within financial services along with strong business analysis skills. Knowledge
of recent regulatory initiatives such as Dodd Frank, Basel III, EMIR would be an
advantage along with OTC Derivatives and how they work from trade capture to
settlement and/ or knowledge of OTC Derivative Confirmations.
