Regulatory Reporting Accountant, Major Bank
Major Bank in the City are currently recruiting for a regulatory reporting accountant for their group finance function. You will be joining a team which has been recently increased in size to be able to deal with and manage increasing demands for needs and requirements both internally and externally.
The team also has an offshore support and forms part of the wider team. You will be responsible for being part of a team that will ensure all changes being introduced by the European Banking Authority (EBA) as part of Basel III, are fully embedded into the team. This will involve partnering with a number of key stakeholders across the business including finance, risk, systems and treasury.
You will be a key interface between the onshore and offshore team taking responsibility for managing the customer relationships to really challenge the process end to end.
You will give support and advice to the onshore Head of Group Reg Reporting that the outputs and process for the business area are supported are adequate so that customer confidence is maintained.
Candidates must be qualified - either straight from the Top 4 or looking for their next challenge in regulatory reporting.
