Regulatory Reporting Controller
A great opportunity to join a leading asset management firm in the city of London within their Finance team. The successful candidate will be given a great stimulating environment to develop and excel within with the right opportunities to develop a career on the buy side.
This is a central role within regulatory finance entailing working relationships across Group Finance, Front office, Product Control and Risk. Core responsibilities include:
- Production of quarterly and annual BOE and PRA reports
- Daily capital analysis for Market and Credit Risk
- Assisting with monthly ledger
- Great exposure and involvement in group wide projects
The ideal candidate will be highly ambitious and have great communication skills with the ability to manage numerous stakeholders. Core areas of experience needed include:
- Deep working knowledge of PRA rules
- BoE statistical returns knowledge
- Good working knowledge of Credit and Market Risk capital calculations
- Deep knowledge of BIPRU, PRA and Genpru rules
Overall you will need to possess great negotiation skills and be a confident individual who can challenge business units and help to deliver change and improvement.
Please note that you must be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with great academic qualifications from the financial services sector.
