Regulatory Reporting Team Leader/Manager – BANK
Sizable Multinational Financial services Company, that is a part of Large European Group, and based in the City centre is urgently sourcing for Regulatory Reporting Manager / Team Leader
Reporting directly to the Head of Finance you will be responsible for:
bull; Management and supervision of 3 accountants
bull; Accurately and timely management of the financial regulatory reporting function
bull; Monitoring and preparation of the Supervisory Central Bank Returns - Capital Return, Prudential returns, Statistical Central Bank Returns
bull; Monitoring and forecasting of capital adequacy
bull; Provide regulatory interpretation and capital calculation to the business
bull; Review internal operational control process
bull; Support process improvement and automation initiatives while reducing operational risk
This is a great permanent opportunity for candidate that is/has:
bull; fully Qualified Accountant with strong Regulatory Reporting skills
bull; previous people management experience
bull; High attention to detail and able handle multiple projects
bull; Ambitious, progressive and willing to develop further
