Our client is a market leading organization providing various outsourcing services to major corporations; the company is looking to hire several QA Lead resources for a major project that they are undertaking. The QA Leads will test and support the various system development/takeover projects being managed with essential duties as follows:-

1. Performs complex business product testing work. Develops the new or enhanced product solutions testing concepts, testing strategy, and testing scope using functional building blocks that meet comprehensive end-end business application, function and data development solutions defined by PBM Business Systems.

2. Develops comprehensive product and service delivery detailed requirements that meet the PBM Business Systems vision and architecture.

3. Performs detailed technical systems acceptance testing to ensure PBM Business Product Design.

4. Performs and /or leads the development of the detailed definition of client / user functional requirements.

5. Assists Management with the most complex feasibility studies, life cycle analysis and/or cost/benefit studies.

6. Researches, tests, evaluates and recommends business system modifications, technology, and other related services.

7. Works to quickly resolve and endeavors to prevent high-pressure critical business situations.

8. Prepares miscellaneous associated reports, charts and graphs on program, project or contract status and makes presentations to management keep them appraised.

9. Coordinate systems product issues with client relations, systems, change control, management, and other ACS units.

10. Assist in the implementation process of new business.

11. Ensures that all unit processes and procedures are well documented and followed.

Requirements:
1. A Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent work experience.

2. Must have at least 2 years of Pharmacy experience, Healthcare experience or Medicaid program policy knowledge.

3. Minimum 3-5 years of progressively responsible testing experience.

4. Strong experience with preparing, executing, documenting and confirming system, user acceptance, regression, negative, and parallel test plans.

5. Knowledge of principles of Quality Assurance/Improvement and Total Quality Management Verifiable ability to gather data and produce reports; interpret and manage deliverables based on requirements; and, effectively plan, schedule and carry out action plans.

6. Strong familiarity with project work plan software, testing software, and any entity tracking system which tracks entities such as management issues, change requests, test exceptions, etc.)

7. At least 3 years of testing experience; at least 2 years of Selenium; at least 2 years of HPQC. Prior experience with Medicaid clients and fiscal agent operations is a plus.

8. Knowledge of CMMI life cycle methodologies is a plus.

9. Leadership experience; Client interaction in past; SQL skills; manual and automation testing experience.
