Description

The Senior Relationship Manager is the 'Owner' of the end-to-end relationship for Eagle clients. He/She is expected to provide strategic management consulting to his/her clients such that clients continue to see and expand the value of the Eagle solution within their organization. The Senior RM will own the overall Eagle footprint at each client and focus on increasing the overall value-add of Eagle products and services. The Senior RM is the overall lead resource responsible for the successful delivery of products and services to Eagle clients.Specific job responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following: Manage a team of Relationship Managers or large global clients where more than one RM is engaged. Define, measure, and grow large client accounts through development of client account plans for the following intervals: 6 months, 6 to 18 months, and 18 months and beyond. Work closely with Client Operations Managers on current client issues and short-term client goals. Develop expertise in the business needs and objectives of assigned clients. Build strong relationships with individuals at varying levels (inclusive of C-Level) at each client firm. Act as escalation point for all client-related issues both internally at Eagle as well as externally with the client and any third parties involved. Proactively add value and improve the client's perception of Eagle products, through understanding their business needs and making recommendations for process improvements. Advocate for and own client upgrade paths: Show client value proposition of staying current with software. Ensure upgrade path is a consistent discussion topic. Engage in long-term upgrade planning and communicate new release and release support transition dates to clients. Manage smooth progression of our clients from prospect phase to implementation phase to production support phase. Assess risk levels for assigned clients and develop action plans for client retention. Own current client color updates using full knowledge of client relationship status. Engage in early stages of client lifecycle to share ownership of key implementation decisions; influence decisions with an eye towards long-term client success. Be a key contributor to the sales process for a client: Identify and execute cross sell/up sell opportunities. Be aware of and contribute to pricing decisions. Proactively identify opportunities to increase client satisfaction and overall value of Eagle suite (training, new projects, sales opportunities, etc). The RM role will require regular travel in order to facilitate relationship building and development of expertise in client business objectives. Travel is estimated at up to 40%.

Qualifications

BS in Finance or Accounting preferred, other degrees considered. Experience in implementing the Eagle software or experience in some other area of Eagle preferred. S/he will demonstrate self-confidence, poise and composure with all colleagues, clients and channel partner communications. This position will also require flexibility to support Market hours and to do some after-hours work when necessary.
