Relationship Director – Corporate Banking
Permanent role.
Location: Dublin
Salary: 70K – 80K
An internationally recognised Institution with a solid and trusting reputation Worldwide is looking to grow there already successful team and add a new Relationship Director. The company is a leader in its field and prides itself on building and maintaining successful relationship.
Reporting to the Business Development Director this role will require excellent customer service alongside building customers relations. The successful candidate will be required to win new business ensuring minimal risk.
Customer Sales and Service
- Become recognised as a trusted Financial and Strategic advisor to existing and new clients
- Work closely with credit team and keep well informed for when making key decisions
- Develop and grow KBI network
- Build relationships with prospective new clients
- Keep regular contact with customers, ensuring all queries are resolved in time and in the most effective manner
Risk Management and Control
- Thorough risk management of mid ranged valued corporate portfolio
- Adhere to processes and procedures already successfully implemented by the company
- Use previous experience with making judgements on Credit Applications
- Ensure standards are consistent and to a high level
- Inform relevant divisions of any potential risk that may affect them immediately
- Ensure Compliance is met with regards credit conformance and regulatory, operational, legal risk and financial crime
Team Work
- Support, train and be seen as a knowledge base for other team members
- Improve and develop standards both nationally and internationally.
- Become an integral part of the team
Requirements:
- Strong business skills and customer awareness
- Target drive and Commercial effectiveness
- Excellent personal and interpersonal skills
- High degree of technical knowledge
- Must have a high calibre of ability with regards, sales, networking, communication, negotiation, IT, Credit
- Degree / Masters.
- QFA qualification would be a distinct advantage
- Prove success in a similar with the banking industry
- Minimum of 6/7 years’ experience
