Relationship Executive – Italian Market recruitment
Our client is a leading international provider of money transfer services.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Business Development Manager based in UK, the Relationship Executive will be responsible for the start-up of the Italian business/office.
Main activities:
- Build the agent network through new acquisitions;
- Create product awareness in order to maintain and increase market share;
- Maintain relationship with the agents and perform continuous follow ups on various issues to ensure effectiveness within the assigned territory;
- Monitor and assist the agents to achieve targets fixed for them;
- Train agents and liaise with the Operations Team for activation of agents;
- Execute branding plans/coordinates at agent partner outlets;
- Collect agent feedback, competitor information schemes and escalate to the senior management.
The position is Milan based.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate has:
- Graduate / Post graduate in Business Management preferred qualification;
- Strong experience in a large organisation, preferably in Financial Services / FMCG / Telecom industry. Should have ideally worked in a multi-location / channel management role;
- Information processing, numerical and analytical decision making ability
- Awareness of Concepts of Budgeting;
- Project management skills.
Languages:
- the fluent knowledge of English both oral and written is a must (the selection process will be held in English)
