We are seeking an ambitious, motivated Relationship Manager who will be responsible for managing relationships with a set of larger commercial clients. Reporting to the District Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the growth and retention of clients by maximising relationships whilst managing appropriate risk exposure. Essential to your success in this role will be your ability to continuously develop and execute effective strategies that focus on both growing the portfolio and delivering innovative solutions to our clients.

We are seeking an experienced Corporate or Business Banker with a proven track record in building strong client relationships. You have general relationship management experience ideally doing deals between $1-10 million and an average of between $4-5 million. You are tertiary qualified and have a strong desire to succeed in a cash flow lending environment. Commitment to the customer and the ability to work effectively within a 'high energy' team environment will facilitate your success.
