ANZ is offering a rewarding opportunity for a Senior Business Development Manager to have responsibility for managing the relationship and servicing of mortgage originators in NSW. Using effective marketing support, account applications and administration, monitoring, documentation and record keeping, the person in this role must be able to support the State Manager in generating new business in a competitive market, working closely to ensure that there is adequate capacity available for any flow on actions. It will be necessary for the incumbent to implement a management program for external and internal parties eg Brokers and Internal ANZ Distribution Channels and clients to meet intermediate and long term financial goals. The incumbent will achieve key performance targets on increased lending volumes and the expansion of product availability to the broker network.

The Senior BDM is also accountable for acting as a SME, providing general day to say support for State Manager where required and assist with coaching of team members.
