Relationship Manager
The primary purpose of the Relationship Manager is to drive profitable business by providing strong relationship sales support management of a client base of brokers advisers in promotion of CBA home loans and banking products for the Group.
As a Relationship Manager you will:
- Achieve performance against Relationship Management and Sales targets, including cross-sell targets
- Proactively develop mortgage broker and adviser client base
- Promote CBA Banking products to achieve Business Unit sales growth targets
- Implement a regular client-call and visitation program
- Source and recruit new Finance Brokers who meet selection criteria
- Track and follow-up of loan submission by Brokers
- Ensure that settlements are maximised and customer retention risks are identified and proactively resolved
- Delegate problem solving to support areas to allow major focus on maximising sales activity in the Broker market place
- Deliver presentations to client groups and assistance with Local Area Marketing activities where required, including sponsorship responsibilities
- Develop maintain sound internal relationships with other Business Units within Third Party and CBA
- Support banking and related promotional public relations events whilst networking and managing successful relationships
Key requirements to be considered for this role:
- Demonstrated experience in and knowledge of Mortgage/Lending products, systems and processes
- Demonstrated ability in sales, business development relationship management
- Experience and knowledge of both local national housing and mortgage broker markets
- Strong understanding of the Group's credit and risk policies
- Commercial Acumen
- Physical ability to travel as required to meet with Brokers and perform key duties
- Current non-restricted Australian Drivers Licence
- Tertiary qualifications in business related disciplines highly regarded
