Relationship Manager

My client has an exciting role based within their HNW division of their bank.

The role of the Premier Relationship Manager is to manage the relationship with Premier clients where professionalism, client focus and an expert understanding of financial planning and wealth products are critical to the success of the business. The role holder will have the responsibility to acquire, develop and deepen relationships with a portfolio of Premier/HNW clients.

Responsibilities will include:

Delivering a consistent and tailored wealth management service to Premier clients
Developing long term, in depth client relationships with clients
Acquiring new clients with proactive strategic planning to maintain and grow
Leading Premier activities to ensure opportunities are identified and client needs are met effectively, maximising all available resources
Provide regulated holistic financial planning advice to clients around pensions, protection and investments.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

Relevant product knowledge including knowledge of wealth products
Experience providing wealth advice to clients, ideally gained by portfolio management rather than " bank assurance"
Level 4 qualified and working towards chartered
A full, valid driver's license and availability to undertake travel across the region when required.
A desire to find ways to continually improve the service delivered to customers
Experience of building effective networks both internally and externally and creating opportunities for others to work collaboratively
HNW experience ideally gained in a fee based environment.
