About our Client
One of the largest independent local banks is dedicated to providing comprehensive retail and commercial banking services to its customers in Mainland China. Due to the growth of their business, they are looking for an experienced relationship manager to join their strategic corporate lending team.
Job Description
The relationship manager will be responsible to maintain syndication and corporate customer relationship and macro-control, instruct and manage the branch level business. Part of the job is to do the credit proposal for the corporate lending customers. The position requires you to frequently travel to branches in other cities for coaching, assessment and customer maintenance. It will be highly preferred that the person is experienced in golf activities organization, preparation and arrangement.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal relationship manager should have at least bachelor degree with 5 to 8 years banking experience, major in Finance and Accounting is highly preferred. You should be experience in credit analysis with excellent risk sense and strong in customer communication. The person must be a proactive, aggressive, pressure taker with team work spirit. Familiar with office application, especially PPT and Excel is a must.

For the relationship manager, a proportion of variable pay is delivered in shares, with part being a deferred annual performance bonus and part being a performance share award linked to long-term business performance. We review remuneration policy on a regular basis against significant regulatory developments and market practice. In the coming year, we will continue to make enhancements.
