You will work closely with the customer services team so the total service the client receives is first class across all aspects of the offering. Your commercial acumen and experience will ensure client retention and account growth. You will also be able to demonstrate project management skills, which will be used for client implementations and restructurings.
You will have a deep understanding of the corporate pensions market including a knowledge of the providers and products. This knowledge will be used appreciatively by the new business development team in tenders and pitches. This is an opportunity for someone to join an organisation that is has a strong footprint and a commitment in their strategy to grow this product further.
