RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (FIG) recruitment

As the relationship management for FIG, you will be responsible for managing the overall relationship with a given portfolio of FIG clients, you will market/source additional Vostro Accounts from Correspondent Banks, and be responsible for a minimum cross sell ratio with FIG clients as well as revenues – product wise from each client and client profitability and budget. You will establish relationships with Correspondent Banks that have set up operations in the UAE and the DIFC. You will also be responsible for marketing and positioning the full range of products in key countries/markets as well as marketing of the Correpondent / FI Services of the Bank to a predetermined Portfolio of Banks / Countries. In addition, you will undertake special assignments for WBG/ FIG and provide key data to establish/ strengthen the Bank’s core relationship with worldwide correspondent banks and Financial Institutions. Last but not least, you will provide training and support of UAE Nationals and other junior staff within the Department.

To be considered, you will be a university graduate with over 7 years’ experience relevant experience in a relationship management or product sales role within financial institutions. Strong communications skills. Analytical, conceptual and entrepreneurial thinking.  Excellent team player.  Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must.
