What you will be doing:  

As a Relationship Manager working in Melbourne’s north, you will be predominantly calling on hospitals, aged care facilities, GP clinics and other medical institutions.  Your role is to promote the company’s in home care service of clients who need assistance with technical and non technical nursing.  You will be building rapport with varied medical professionals.  Using your exceptional interpersonal skills and understanding of the market you will be responsible for managing and developing existing accounts and also sourcing new business within the healthcare arena.  You will be interacting closely with clients, promoting the companies services, and building long lasting relationships.  Through your efforts, it is expected that you will grow client numbers and revenue, maintain existing business and increase client satisfaction. Additionally you will be responsible for the appropriate management of clients and maintaining a CRM database.
