Relationship Manager (H/F)
Your mission
The Relationship Manager's prime responsibility is to take ownership of the overall local relationship with the assigned Clients to:
- Ensure an organic development of existing relationships
- Master the client perception and be the Client champion internally
- Be in charge of the communication with the assigned clients
- Manage all credit and risk issues
Other specific functions included but are not limited to the following:
- Manage the Client relationship internally: prepare systematic briefing notes, participate actively in committees, collect KYC/AML and all required contractual documentation, draft call memos, coordinate change and enhancement requests including special transactions and/or projects.
- Be responsible for the management process to control and maximise service delivery to client.
- Participate to the service reviews meetings as appropriate to identify and suggest service improvement opportunities.
- Monitor and follow-up all pending invoices with Clients.
- Be actively in charge of the organic growth and business change of the client. Identify opportunities and cross sell BNP Paribas Securities Services' services and products.
- Fully cooperate with the Client Service Manager and internal departments to ensure timely resolution of operational issues with the Client.
- Create and maintain Client's action log according to the standard format defined in the Sales Relationship Management team.
- Ensure a strong understanding of the Client's needs and their service requirements/expectations.
- Manage the relationship with third parties for instance Asset Managers appointed by the Client.
- Provide support in the management of Audit actions and contingency situations.
Skills
Your profile
Education:
- University degree or equivalent in accounting, banking, business administration or related field
Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the securities services business (fund administration, transfer agency or custody, middle or back office of an investment manager or investment bank)

- Fluent in French and English or German; Italian would be considered as an advantage
