Relationship Manager, Music, Media, Entertainment sector recruitment

The team already has a large network and client base of music professionals, artists and support roles to the industry and works closely with them aiming to add value in the ever changing music world. They are currently working closely with artists, managers, and promoters to discount cashflows on a number of their projects including live touring (sponsorship and ticketing), lending against royalty income and advances to produce new albums.

Primary responsibility will be on marketing, originating and executing transactions in the sector, and managing ongoing client relationships, growing income and identifying new opportunities, ensuring the portfolio risks are actively managed and managing the covenants of the deals.

Drive a co-ordinated marketing program which positions the bank within the sector and drives new business growth.

Originating and structuring transactions including

Management of the portfolio including ongoing client service, covenant monitoring, identifying new opportunities, managing drawdown/ redemptions and ensuring risks are known and managed.

Suitable candidates will have at least 4 years banking experience, with broad product knowledge including discounting cashflows.  Familiarity with the music sector would be advantageous. In addition, strong credit analysis skills and some experience of structured lending are prerequisite.
