Functie
- Relationship Management
Builds and maintains effective working relationship with internal stakeholders and external suppliers at employee/teamleader and manager level; - Issue Management
Own and manage until resolution issues related to accounts documentation, custody , fund accounting, clearing and third party asset manager); - Change Management
Ensure all changes are logged, analysed and implemented as per AAM NL requirements.
Ensure change costs are appropriately managed to the set budgets; - Contractual Management
Suggest contract updates;Account Opening/Closing: Responsible for opening/closings accounts (including all related contracts, tax documents) at external suppliers as per agreements; - Account Opening/Closing

Ensure that the costs of the relevant external suppliers are accurate in accordance with the contracts; - Team activities
Have a good oversight and understanding of all the team activities and escalate items in case of potential/realised risks and prioritization conflicts where necessary; - Planning and reporting
Plans, schedules and monitors own work within a limited time horizon, prioritized as agreed with own manager. Provides regular status update on assigned activities. Writes clear and accurate reports.Escalates timely with thought analysis. - Projects
Acts as Operations Services representative to provide oversight knowledge and ensures adequate support after project implementation that may impact external suppliers; - Documentation and Procedures
Documents all work in accordance with the agreed standards, methodologies and procedures within AAM NL.
Ensure that all procedures are accurate and up to date.
In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder may be required to perform other duties assigned by his/her manager from time to time so long as such duties are within the scope and ability of the job holder.
ProfielThe job holder will have the following qualifications and experience:
- Preferably a Bachelor degree in a financial area of study combined with 5 years relevant working experience in the financial (asset management) industry;
- Knowledge and understanding of financial products and markets;
