Private Wealth Management is the division of Deutsche Bank for high net worth clients around the world. Private Wealth Management seeks to understand the personal goals of our clients, and translate these into practical financial plans for life. Private Wealth Management's mission is to be the lead, trusted advisor for wealthy individuals, their families and select institutions worldwide.
Deutsche Bank has over 130 years of experience meeting the needs of wealthy clients, and Private Wealth Management has around 4,000 staff in 113 offices in 31 different countries handling client accounts. In addition to exceptional Private Wealth Management service, clients enjoy access to all the global resources and investment expertise of the entire Deutsche Bank organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Marketing of PWM advisory services to clients and prospects across asset classes, including equities, fixed income, currency, hedge funds and structured products plus discretionary management.
* Introduction of product specialists from PWM Global Investment Solutions and the PWM Advisory Team to maximise cross-selling opportunities, where appropriate.
* Working closely with senior members of the team to utilise key relationship skill sets in building and maintaining new and existing investment relationships through a Multi-Asset Strategy based approach to investment management.
* Participate in PR and other marketing activities for new clients :
o Send information to clients (mailings)
o Hold presentations for existing and potential client groups
o Participate in social events
* Observe all internal and external compliance regulations (notably, ensuring that« know your client » principles are observed under all circumstances, correct account opening forms are used by Relationship Managers.
* Liaison with Account Managers in ensuring client service and satisfaction in terms of administration and clients on going requirements.
* Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market/economic activity and an ability to identify the impact of change.
* Carry out regular reviews of client portfolio's, checking performance and ensuring that investments remain within the client's investment objectives and risk profile.
You will have:
* A good understanding of financial markets across asset classes.
* Good awareness of UK tax rules for non domiciled clients as well as familiarity with the constraints these places on portfolio investing.
* A thorough understanding of investment products available.
* One or more of the following qualifications: IMC, CFA, ASIP, CISI, MSI or FSI.
* Proactive approach to work and problem solving.
