Relationship Manager (Wholesale Banking, Middle Markets) recruitment

Key Roles Responsibilities

* Assisting Relationship Managers to achieve budgeted revenue and other campaign targets
* Helping drive sales process and enhance utilization by proactively identifying business opportunities and pursuing deals
* Preparing comprehensive and clearly written credit application for credit approval in a timely fashion
* Providing high quality customer service on enquiry, transactions handling and offering operational solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
* Following up closely with customers on submission of financials for timely preparation of analysis
* Promptly attending to excesses / bills referrals in accordance with the Bank's policy
* Proactively monitoring excesses and communciate with customers in line with account strategy; seeking proper approval for excesses; monitoring
periodic repayments
* Monitoring risks on a daily basis, ensuring prompt reporting and take appropriate actions to deal with irregularities

Qualifications Skills

To meet the challenge, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes: -
* University graduate in any discipline who shows strong analytical, verbal reasoning and interpersonal skills
* Financial analysis experience, ideally gained from other reputable commercial organization, is required
Aspiration in following career path of Relationship Manager
* Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English, fluency in Putonghua would be an advantage
