Job Description
As a Senior Relationship Manager and member of Morgan Stanley Investment Management's Intermediary Sales Team, the individual will support a growing sales organization in building a distribution footprint in the defined contribution, insurance, and wealth management markets. Responsibilities will include:

• Overall responsibility for assigned tier one and tier two firms
• Single point of contact for MSIM Distribution
• Provide coverage for all channels and platforms for assigned firms
• Strong product knowledge
• Familiarity with all screening criteria used by analyst teams
• Coordination of all distribution activity for assigned firms
• Strong relationships with internal business units including: investment teams, consultant relations, operations, legal, RFP, etc
• Strong existing industry relationships

Skills Required

Skills Required -

• Travel 60-70%
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Series 7, 63 and/or 66 Licenses required (MSIM will sponsor candidate's licensing requirements, as necessary)
• Bachelor's degree required; CFA is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• High degree of professionalism, organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure while managing multiple responsibilities
• Demonstrated success in taking initiative and delivering immediate and independent action to solve business problems
• Commitment to a team-oriented environment and a willingness to openly share ideas and leverage the expertise of others in order to generate new ideas
