The Commodities Division within ABN AMRO finances trade flows (i.e. energy, agricultural and metals) from origin to destination. The Singapore Commodities Desk seeks both ambitious Relationship Managers / Senior Relationship Managers who can actively contribute to this goal.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing and developing relationships with existing and new Commodities clients and their respective loan portfolio.
- Responsible for delivering financial solutions to clients while improving the risk/return on the Commodity portfolios.
- Perform all aspects of credit due diligence, financial analysis, structuring and negotiating Facility Loan conditions
- Managing the Credit process including preparation of Credit Proposals to approval until final documentation.
- Independent liaison and co-ordination with relevant business and supporting units of the Bank.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking/Finance/Accountancy or its equivalent
- Minimum 3 - 8 years of relevant banking or similar experience. Experience in Commodity/Trade finance area will be an advantage
- Excellent commercial and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral written) skills
- Professional in managing client’s responsibilities and flexible attitude towards the continuous changing needs of the clients.
- Self-motivated, pro-active, eagerness to learn, strong personality and a good team player.
- Willingness to travel
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin
