Relationship / Sales Manager recruitment

The roles will incorporate:

• Drawing on sales skills to build and maintain relationships
• Providing an exceptional level of customer service
• Implementing new sales and marketing campaigns
• Educating financial advisers to help solve their clients’ needs
• Supporting existing and prospective client firms over the telephone
• Mentoring and training new team members
• Arranging client meetings for Field Relationship Managers
• Attending and supporting IFA and industry conferences and seminars
• Constantly improving product and industry knowledge
• Improving internal systems and enhancing current processes.

The successful appointees will display the qualities that are associated with the company and used by them to enhance their reputation within the industry - such as boldness, innovation and integrity.

Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for these positions:

• Demonstrate exceptional Sales experience with a proven track record in a pressurised Sales environment
• Possess a strong and flexible work ethic
• Be service focused and willing to go the extra mile to deliver excellent results
• Show a keen interest in the Financial Services industry and more specifically the investor products being sold
• Draw upon high quality interpersonal skills
• Be educated to degree level (or equivalent)
• Have the ability to build and expand your own universe of clients.
