Relationship/Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop frontline relationships with Investment Banks and serve as first point of contact to clients, aiding with analytical reports and advising on best practices for competitive benchmarking and client targeting

• Detect opportunities to increase the footprint throughout all covered clients

• Recognize issues and potential concerns in the relationship and work to rectify them

• Create strategic plans to develop and strengthen the relationship with clients

• Help mentor more junior members of the team

• Working with clients to produce solutions to integrate content with client internal systems and applications

• Understand client business requirements and drive product development

Requirements

• Strong educational background

• Proven experience 4yrs+ in Relationship/Account Management

• Understand all clients’ needs and requirements and formulate a strategy and

• Create plans on an individual basis with each Relationship Manager and their specific accounts

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure

• Working knowledge of Fixed Income and Capital Markets

• Excellent communication, presentation, organisation skills, time management and presentation skills

• Knowledge of SQL and VBA - advantage

• A high degree of business awareness

• Ability to think strategically with an understanding of the agile methodology

• Fluency in Spanish is an advantage
