The Remanufacturing Leader will act as the link between the market and the organization, responsible to ensure that the product portfolio is robust, investments are sound, products meet market needs and expectations and product performance is competitive and profitable. In this role, you will: Essential Responsibilities - Become the gatekeeper for Pricing of remanufactured parts and coordinates with Pricing Analyst - Coordinate product introductions with Regional Managers and Distributors - Work with Regional Managers to develop Channel performance metrics for product sales and core returns - Be the Interaction with 3rd party remanufacturing management, program performance management, product introduction strategy (including timing / cost), and program evolution - Work in collaboration with regional market managers on promotion, placement, and pricing - Be responsible for short- and long-term product planning - Ensure Product Line Plan Execution - Lead approved marketing plans through Tollgates of the new product cycle by developing marketing specifications and initiating product launch plans - Ensure product line profitability by understanding drivers of product cost for assigned product line, tracks and reports profitability objectives versus current state, drives cost reduction activities, and develops pricing strategies - Recommend the elimination of outdated products - Work with regional market managers and Marketing Services to create appropriate material to position the product to meet both global and regional market requirements - Act as product line liaison to internal departments for day-to-day product questions and to resolve issues - Oversee all Remanufacturing marketing publications, ensuring their accuracy and they are up to date - Lead the demand planning meeting activities (SIOP) for Remanufacturing to all levels of customer organization Qualifications/Requirements: - College Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related Discipline - Minimum of 10 years in capital goods services Additional Eligibility Qualifications GE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening.
