Renaissance HR Coordinator
The Renaissance HR Coordinator will be part of a team dedicated to the Company’s most important initiative. The Renaissance Team is a group of experienced people from the major National Support Center departments that was created to help lift the results of our underperforming centers. The group will work closely with field leadership to identify root causes impacting individual operations and deliver a plan comprised of proven initiatives and strategies that will return these centers to a desired level of performance. The Renaissance Team will work in tandem with Regional Vice Presidents and District Managers to identify each center’s need for support; evaluate performance; understand competitive position and market dynamics; and quickly devise strategic plans for improved program execution and financial growth.
- Tracks and coordinates Partner Development (HR) support activity for Renaissance Centers
- Works with Partner Development teams to compile Center Profiles for each Center in the Project group
- Prepares intake packets for Field leaders and Partner Development Project Team
- Sets up calls and meetings with Project Team members
- Develops and maintains a tracking process to monitor Partner Development support for each center
- Provides regular visibility to progress through reporting and regular communication
- Ensures accuracy of information from intake through execution of project support
- Follows up with Renaissance Centers to verify completion of Action Plan elements
- 2 years of Human Resources experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- 2 years of Project Management, Administration or Specialist experience
- Ability to build partnerships with leaders at all levels
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer focus
