Orlando Harley Davidson, central Florida's most successful dealership has an opportunity for an experienced Rental's Department Manager. Responsibilities for this full scope Bike Rental Manager position include Counter and Service operations, Motorcycle inventory, Rental Tour operations, Events planning/participation and employee scheduling and supervision.
Associates or Bachelors degree is required as well as Motorcycle endorsement. Experience will include at least five (5) years of successful experience in the automobile, motorcycle or sport craft industry, experience with Microsoft Office and vehicle rental industry software. This is a highly visible, customer and service oriented segment of our business and has commensurate departmental P/L responsibilities.
The successful candidate will be a customer oriented, pro-active, solution oriented leader who has the capability to expand the visibility and market share of the Motorcycle Rentals segment of our vertically integrated company on a local, national and international basis.
