Role overview/summary 

A typical, but never the same, day in this role will include:

Disassemble, clean replace lasiters, and rebuild tools. Maket frac sleeves, assembling equipment, and building oil tools. Must fill paperwork out for every tool that is dealt with, for tracking and inventory purposes. SAFETY is huge in this shop – must be priority – period.

Mechanical aptitude is a requirement here, and this position with be hands on. You will be provided any and all training needed, including advancement training for testing out on tools. This position could very well lead to a field position depending on your drive, motivation, comprehension, apptitude, etc.

Report to your shop foreman at end of day; and don't forget: you must be able to "play nicely with others in the sandbox". No egos.

This role will require accurate use of measuring instruments.

Must be able to work well with minimal supervision while following safety procedures - always.

Basic Qualifications

Assembles complex components per assembly drawings / bill of material. Performs functional testing on assemblies. Tests assemblies per customer and/or division criteria. Operates test equipment in compliance with engineering standards. Applies settings, calibrates and maintains assembly tools. Performs torqueing of various components. Distributes quality notifications (qn's).

Desired/Preferred Qualifications

HS diploma or GED required.

Associates degree preferred. Entry level.
