Operational Risk Officer recruitment

Key Roles Responsibilities

-  Projected related role to work with the business to advise on and implement the operational risk governance framework.

-  Review and assessment of operational risks in conjunction with 1st line (Business) and 2nd Line (Functional) Risk Control Owners of critical activities creating an action/ treatment plan for execution. -  Ensure compliance with operational risk governance policies and procedures

- Presenting risk assessments and treatment plan recommendations for acceptance at appropriate authority levels

- Interface with various work streams on the ‘inter-dependent’ issues in the project that will arise.

-Regular update . Tabling the outstanding issues and residual risks to the Project lead Qualifications Skills

Graduate with 5 - 8 years working experience; with knowledge of Consumer Banking products and services  

-   Prior experience in operational risk is a clear advantage

-   Sound knowledge of banking practices and banking regulations and requirements

-   Self-motivated and organised and able to work independently

-   Good written and oral communication skills

-   Ability to interact with colleagues at various levels of seniority
