Repo/Fixed Income Trade Support
Operational Tasks
Must hold a high level of Repo expertise in order to perform following tasks on a daily basis.
- Non Standard Trade booking
- Trade Life Cycle Event management
- Triparty reconciliations and coordination
- Ad-hoc Reports Exceptions follow-up
- Settlement and Collateral queries management
- FO/BO breaks control resolution
- Remediating requests originating from Deal Quality Control Team
- STP exception follow-up
Quality and Control
Ability to have a strong vision of Business evolvement and ensure availability of relevant tools to adapt to ever changing market environment.
- Contribution and monitoring of KPI’s and KRI’s
- Post trade Capture controls – Amend and Cancel, Late Booking, Off Market Price, Huge Notional.
- Procedure documenting and Review
- Operational incident escalation and investigation
IT and Project
Contribution to new tools and ensuring optimum use of resources by contributing to IT development projects and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Development of tactical IT solutions
- Contribution to IT catalogue reviews
- Follow-up of IT issues and bug fixes.
- Contribution to projects and IT testing.
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent knowledge of Repos.
- Excellent understanding of Fixed Income products and how the market operates.
- The ideal candidate will have an understanding of Triweb and Triparty systems.
- Strong communication skills.
- Degree from a top international university in a numerical subject.
