Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, the MI reporting team is responsible for reporting monthly income for Santander Corporate Banking (SCB) to Santander UK finance.

As a Reporting Accountant your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
- ACMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent Accountancy Qualification
- Advanced MS Office Skills (Excel, Access PowerPoint)
- Financially Numerate, being able to analyse and understand numerical data
- Excellent Organisational and Planning skills
- Previous experience within a financial reporting position
As a Reporting Accountant your main responsibilities will involve but not limited to:
- Production of month end income flash reporting
- Liaison with Central Finance concerning Group reporting and ad-hoc requirements and presentations
- Working with Excel and Access to an advanced level
- Provision of business focused management information for Santander Corporate, Commercial, and Business Banking
- Consolidating, reviewing and challenging SCCBB income forecasts
- Ensuring consistency of reporting across SCCBB
- Ad-hoc projects as required from time to time
Salary Hours
Starting salary banding £37,000 - £46,100 + depending on experience, working a 35hr week between Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00, base location is Manchester.
This position is to cover Maternity Leave and will be a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
