Reports Analyst
As the Reports Analyst in the Compliance team you will be reporting to Head or Team lead of Compliance Education for EMEA Investment Bank/Private Bank/TSS.
The responsibilities in this role will be:
• Assisting with reporting and enrolment duties related to the annual training programme for FSA licensed employees and all other staff in the EMEA region. Specifically, working with the Compliance Education team Officers to support the analyst with primary responsibility for enrolments and reports around the training program.
• Working with the Compliance Executive Director team in monitoring completion rates and taking follow up action where appropriate.
• Assisting in answering routine queries from employees and Compliance Officers about their regulatory education requirements. Assist in other initiatives, including the Compliance intranet site.
• Potential to develop gain some experience in commenting on draft online training as it is developed.
We are looking for someone with relevant data analysis experience, preferably with a background in Compliance but candidates with finance or other relevant data experience are also welcome to apply. Experience with a major investment bank is also an advantage.
This role will suit someone with experience at manipulating data; running reports and producing high quality MIS related to the firm’s Compliance training program. Significant experience with excel required. In addition you will be articulate with good communication skills, organised and numerate - comfortable with excel/databases/access.
