Reporting & Analytics Manager recruitment

We are currently recruiting a Reporting Analytics Manager. IN this role you will provide input into the forecasting and planning process as well as take ownership of monthly management reporting packs and provide analysis of revenue and expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely reporting to business and product heads on financial and non financial metrics
- Provide commentary and variance analysis to forecast and month on month
- Clearly identify the link between key drivers of the PL and business performance
- Ensure the timely delivery of reporting with high levels of accuracy
- Focus on ongoing process improvement in relation to the reporting function
- Effectively communicate result both verbally and in writing
- Ensure full understanding of both internal and regional reporting
- Through the understanding of actual business performance help identify any emerging risks or opportunities in the underlying business performance
- Provide analytical support to ensure the underlying reasons for trends are understood and shared through the monthly business meetings
- Provide input into the forecasting and planning process
Experience/ Qualifications required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial or professional services industry
- Tertiary degree and/or professional qualifications (CA/ CPA)
- Experiences in consumer banking products preferred but not required
- Strong business acumen, need to identify and understand the key drivers of business performance
- Strong numerate and analytical skills
- The ability to be focused on what is important and delivering on goals / objectives
- Strong relationship skills to work effectively with cross functional teams
